UK
- We aim to dispatch all orders* within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- DPD: Estimated delivery within 2 working days from dispatch. DPD may deliver multiple consignments separately.
- Royal Mail: Estimated delivery up to 10 working days from dispatch.
- Personalised & repointing: Estimated dispatch 7-21 working days.
EU
- We aim to dispatch all orders* within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- DHL Standard: Estimated delivery within 2-3 working days from dispatch.
US
- Shipping to the US is currently not available. Please our partner website winmau.com if you would like to order from the US.
- UPS: Estimated delivery 3–5 working days from dispatch.
- USPS: Estimated delivery 5–10 working days from dispatch.
- FedEx: Estimated delivery 2–5 working days from dispatch.
Rest of World
- We aim to dispatch all orders* within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- DHL Standard: Estimated delivery 5–15 working days depending on destination.
My order has not arrived
- Please only contact us regarding the delivery of your order when any of the above times have been exceeded and you have not received any further communication from us.
- Royal Mail advises waiting up to 7 days before contacting us.
- If you still have concerns after these timescales, please contact us via the contact form.
- Don’t forget personalised items will take longer to produce and send out. We advise to allow enough time, especially ahead of Christmas.
What if I am not home when my order arrives?
- Royal Mail (small items): Delivered through your letterbox where possible.
- Couriers / larger or mixed orders: A signature may be required. If no one is home, a calling card will be left so you can arrange re‑delivery or collection. Alternatively, they may leave your package in a safe place or with a neighbour (where available).
Can I have my order sent via Special Delivery or Tracked?
You can have your order sent tracked 24 at a cost of £4.95 which is available at the checkout. If you would like your order sent special delivery by 9:00am or 1:00pm, you can call our Sales Team for a quote on 01656 652121. Also, please look at the shipping methods in the table below. One of these options may better suit your delivery requirements at a lower cost.
Fast and Free
- UK mainland: Free shipping on orders over £50.
- EU Zone 1: Free shipping on orders over €75.
- USA: Free shipping on orders over $50.
How much do you charge for postage?
- Postage costs start from as little as £1.95 with tracking and express shipping options available. Costs vary by weight and service.
