Alan Towe’s The Line – Cheshire v Warwickshire

Without a win in their opening two fixtures Warwickshire will be hoping for better things when they travel north to the Rudheath Social Club, Middlewich Road, Rudheath, near Northwich, this coming weekend in the latest of their premier division fixtures in the Riley’s BDO Inter County Championships.

In fairness the opening two games have not been easy, the first an away game against current leaders Yorkshire followed by a home tie against fourth in the table Oxfordshire.

A win now is much needed by Warwickshire to lift them away from the foot of the table and with the difference between Cheshire and Warwickshire being just three points, in favour of the hosts, a win for the visitors cannot be completely ruled out.
