Unfortunately, if the goods are no longer in resaleable condition, we wouldn't be able to offer a refund or exchange at this time.
Your Right to Change Your Mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and get a refund for most items bought online. Here's what you need to know:
- 14-Day Return Period
- You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep your purchase.
- If you change your mind, you can return the item for a refund.
- The refund will be minus the cost of returning the item.
- Exceptions: When You Can't Return an Item You don't have the right to return: a) Personalized items, such as:
- Custom flights
- Personalized nylon ring grip shafts
- Personalized polymer shafts
- Customized cases b) Sealed goods for health or hygiene reasons, if you've opened them c) Items that have been mixed inseparably with other products after delivery
