Darts News – Alan Towe’s The Line On Darts – REDSL Christmas Open
On Saturday 20th December the Ripley Elite Darts Singles League will be staging their fifth annual Christmas Open. This ever increasingly popular darts knockout is once again being staged at the Somercotes Snooker Club, 69 Leabrooks Road, Somercote, Derbyshire, DE55 4HB.
Subject to receiving 64 entries the prize money will be £500 for the eventual winner, £200 for the runner up, £100 for the losing semi finalists and £25 for the losing quarter finalists.
Registration is from 11.00am to 12.30pm on the day and will cost just £10 per player to pre register, or £12 on the day.
There will be six match boards and three practice boards. Also food in the form of a barbeque will be available throughout the day.
