Darts News – Alan Towe’s The Line On Darts – West Midlands v Suffolk

This coming weekend West Midlands will play hosts to Suffolk at Gilberts Bar, Willenhall in what is a must win game as they are currently next to bottom of the table on 70 points just seven above bottom team Wiltshire and two behind Merseyside who are directly above them. Suffolk in turn are above Merseyside and on 80 points as are Nottinghamshire the team above them so a win could see West Midlands move four places up the table
Following the Suffolk fixture West Midlands will play another home game, a rearranged fixture with Nottinghamshire, which again nothing less than a win will do if they are to move away from the relegation zone..
Selected to play against Suffolk are, Men’s ‘A’:- Ian Jones, Keith Allman, Shaun Carroll, Gavin Baker, Micky Baker, Mark Rollinson, Chris Mason, Neil Pointon, Matthew Dicken, Richard Platt, Jonathan Platt, Men’s ‘B’:- Danny Coyle, Mark Craddock, Adam Johnson, Gary Watts, Jamie Barrowman, Justin Evans, Rob Smith, Lee Arnold, Avtar Singh, Paul Price, John Morris, Karl Hughes, Reserves:- Martin Angell, Ian Stanton, Andy Roberts, Women’s ‘A’:- Kim Fellows, Heather Wright, Lisa Astbury, Kath Jenkins, Debbie Loon, Gemma Barrett, Women’s ‘B’:- Sarah Roberts, Claire Hobbs, Samantha Maiden, Jacqueline Maiden, Wendy Waine, Sophie Singh.
