World number one and Ladbrokes.com World Darts Champion Phil Taylor is calling all Landlords and Landladies to enter a team for the SignHealth DEAFinitely Darts event taking place on 21st October 2010.
Phil Taylor helped launch the DEAFinitely Darts event in Wembley on 24th May ahead of the Whyte & Mackay Premier League Darts play-offs where he was crowned PDC Premier League Champion for the 5th time.
"As a member of the PDC I am delighted to do all I can to help support the work of this vital charity. For those of us with full hearing we can only imagine how frightening and challenging healthcare and treatment can be without clear communication – the support Sign Health provide is essential in ensuring the deaf community receive the best level of care possible. I urge all publicans and club owners to join this fantastic world record attempt and ask every darts player to put a team together in aid of this worthy cause.
