Jack misses out on darts glory

The 18-year-old, one of the youngest in the tournament, battled his way to the Central England Regional Final of the John Smith^s People^s Darts at Willenhall Social Club, Coventry, where the prize was a £1,000 cheque for charity and a place in the John Smith^s People^s Darts Final ahead of the BDO World Darts Final at Lakeside on January 11.

Hopes were dashed when losing 3-1 in the final to Darren Bennett from Sutton-in-Ashfield.
