As all the teams have played each other once, the league table has now started to take shape as to where the teams will be battling for the rest of the season. We start the weeks round up at the Newbold where the Aces who find themselves steady in mid table take on second placed All Stars under the guidance of Yorkshire legend Pete Senior who are on a run of five straight victories before tonight.
(Match 1) Neil Bradley 1-3 Carl Wilkinson
Up first was Neil Bradley kicking off for the home team taking on Carl Wilkinson. The opening leg Wilkinson started the brighter of the two as he took the lead with a 19 dart leg, against the throw in the second leg Wilkinson fired in a 21 darter to double his account, Bradley managed a 21 of his own in the following leg but it was Wilkinson's night as he rounded off a 3-1 victory to put the All Stars in the lead.
(Match 2) Trev Tye 2-3 Daz Johnson
The second match of the night saw "DJ" Darren Johnson in action for the All Stars as he took on a tricky opponent in Trev Tye, In the opening legs was status quo as the duo battled it out on the oche, then the game started to heat up as "Dynamite" Johnson fired in a 20 dart leg to break the Tye throw to take the initiative but Tye wasn't finished as he managed to take the throw back to equalise with an 18 dart leg to throw for the match in which Johnson scraped over the line in a very good contest between the two players.
(Match 3) Mick Smith 1-3 Tony Hull
With the All Stars leading 2-0 it was up to Mick Smith of the Aces to keep them in the game as he took on Tony Hull, In the opening exchanges both men held throw as Hull hit a 20 darter as Smith replied with an 18 dart leg of his own to level up the scores, In the third leg Hull took back the lead following a 19 dart leg and that's when Hull had control and took the victory in the fourth leg of the match to put the All Stars three up.
(Match 4) Rich Swainston 0-3 Dave Copley
In the fourth match of the night Dave Copley stepped onto the oche to seal it for the All Stars, standing in his way was "The Gruffalo" Rich Swainston. Copley started the game on fire taking out back to back 15 dart legs adding a maximum to that too to take full control of the match, Swainston tried but in vain to keep up with Copley's power scoring as he finished "The Gruffalo" off with a 16 darter and with that winning the match with a 97 average to give the All Stars victory overall.
(Match 5) Andy Umney 1-3 Terry Temple
Andy Umney and Terry Temple were next up as Umney were looking to add some respectability to the scoreline in a brilliant battle of low leg darts, Temple kicked it off with the darts and took the lead finishing with a 17 dart leg, Umney responded well equalising with a 16 darter of his own to level proceedings, In the third leg Temple grabbed the advantage again this time finishing in 21 to put himself in a good position, Umney went into the next leg knowing he needed to hold throw to stay in the game, Temple started the leg better and took full advantage as he sealed the game with a 20 darter.
(Match 6) Ian Speed 0-3 Tony Harper
In the final match of the night Ian Speed took on Tony Harper who was looking to achieve the whitewash for his side, It was Harper who drew first blood as he kicked off with a 16 darter against the darts to take the lead and from that moment never looked back as he sailed to victory without dropping a leg against Speed and with it give the All Stars the 6-0 win to keep the pressure on the leaders Black Eagles.

Over at the Woodbourne mid-table Panthers take on the Academicals who are struggling for form and without a win this campaign.
(Match 1) Pat Meeson 3-2 Declan Parsons
We kick things off with the Woodbourne landlord Pat Meeson up against Declan"saltor" Parsons in a tight dual. Parsons took the lead on throw then what followed next was a bit of Meeson magic after hitting back to back maximums setting himself up for the magical 9 dart leg and a chance of history. Meeson hit single 20 with the seventh dart followed by consecutive single 20's to just miss out but he gained his composure to finish off the leg in 21 darts to equalise, in the next leg Meeson continued to put pressure on young Declan as he broke the throw to take a 2-1 leaving him to throw for the match but more drama unfolded as Salter managed to break back giving himself the chance to throw for the win but it was Meeson using all his experience to take out the winning double in 18 darts to seal a cracking 3-2 victory in the opening game of the night.
(Match 2) John Schultz 3-0 Jack Lewis
The following match saw John Schultz looking to keep the standard set by his team-mate in the opening game take on Jack Lewis looking to level for the Academicals, Schultz managed to hold throw in the first leg to go in front, In the second leg Schultz kept the pressure on breaking throw to double the lead and finally holding his own throw to take out Lewis 3-0.
(Match 3) Russ Simons 3-0 Matt Eardley
Russ Simons put on a cracking performance in the third match of the night against Matt Eardley, Simons started with back to back 20 dart legs to take full control of the game then he left the best until last has he convincingly won the match 3-0 with a 14 darter to keep up the standard for tonight's matches.
(Match 4) Mick Wood 2-3 Matt Royle
Fourth game on with the scores at 3-0 to the Panthers it was up to Matt Royle of the Academicals to keep his side in the game as he faced a tough opponent in Mick Wood, The game started off with both players breaking each other's throw which set it up nicely, In the third leg it was Wood who had the upper hand putting himself 2-1 up knowing whatever happens he had the darts in the last leg shootout in which after Royle held throw is exactly what happened. After both players gave everything in the last leg shootout it was Royle who took the 3-2 victory to pull a game back for the Academicals.
(Match 5) Ryan Goffin 1-3 Danny Hall
With the Panthers still looking to seal the victory it was Ryan Goffin next to try and achieve it up against Danny Hall. Goffin raced in front with a maximum and a 19 dart leg against the throw to take the lead but after that it was Hall who gained in confidence after breaking back in the second to level the scores. Hall took the lead for the Academicals for the first time and was looking to win on the Goffin throw which he did just that managing to hold his nerve and hit the winning double to secure victory to give the Academicals an opportunity in the final match to snatch a draw which no-one thought would happen after the opening three games.
(Match 6) Mick Hulley 3-2 Tom Hogg
In the final match of the contest it was up to Tom Hogg of the Academicals to complete the comeback as he faced Mick Hulley who was looking to finally secure the win for the Panthers. Hogg raced out of the blocks taking the lead against the throw then continued to mount the pressure on Hulley as he doubled his lead to edge closer to victory and with it rescue a draw for the Academicals but Hulley had other ideas as he held throw in the third leg to give him a glimmer of a chance and then managing to wrestle the advantage off Hogg after breaking his throw to force the game into a decider in the final match of the night. Nerves managed to play a part as Hulley completed his remarkable comeback from two down to snatch the victory to give the Panthers a 4-2 win overall to put themselves up into fifth in the table.

Milton travel to the Cumberland on a three match winning streak to take on an out of sorts Sausages who have lost the last four.
(Match 1) Mark Ellis 3-0 Chris Keane
The first match of the night saw Sausages' "Tiny" Mark Ellis face "The Blade" Chris Keane. Ellis took the first leg against the throw checking out in 21 darts to kick things off, Ellis carried the form into the next leg where he held to go two up. "Tiny" weren't going to rest as he powered through the third and what was the match winning leg in another 21 darts to win three legs to nil and put the Sausages in front.
(Match 2) Steve Ewington 3-1 Gav Markham
After Sausages took the early lead Gav Markham was up next for the Magic in search of an equaliser against Steve Ewington. The opening exchanges saw both men hold throw as Ewington took a 2-1 advantage. Markham had the throw in the fourth leg to keep himself in the game but Ewington took victory taking out the winning double to put the Sausages two up.
(Match 3) Pete Bell 0-3 Lester Bowers
Up next for the Sausages was 'The Landlord' Pete Bell as he took on Lester Bowers who was trying to keep the Magic in the contest. Bowers had the throw in the opening leg which he held to get off the mark. On the Bell throw Bowers fired home a 21 darter to take total control of the game in which he rounded of a good performance finishing in 15 darts to secure the win and bring the Magic back into the match.
(Match 4) Ben Beardmore 3-2 Steve Marfleet
Ben "Boom" Beardmore and Steve Marfleet toed the oche for the Sausages and Magic respectively in the fourth match of the night, with the scores at 2-1 to the Sausages this match had a lot riding on it. "Boom" started with a 19 dart leg on throw to take open the scoring. Marfleet then got into a rhythm and turned the game on it's head with a 19 darter in the third leg to go in front, back came Beardmore gaining the throw back in the fourth leg with a 118 checkout in 18 darts to make the game two a piece. Ben started the deciding leg the better of the two players and took full advantage as he took victory in a classic 15 darter to finish what was a good match to watch between two good players and this result ended the Magic's three match winning run.
(Match 5) Shaun Greenfield 0-3 Lee Cushworth
In the fifth match of the night it was "Croc" against "The Dartin' Demon" as Shaun Greenfield took on Lee Cushworth. Lee sent out a message early doors going in front in 16 darts. On the "Croc" throw in the second leg Cushworth put Croc under pressure and took advantage to double his lead. The following leg for Cushworth was the winning one as he rode home to victory hitting the match winning double to prolong the fixture into the final match of the night.
(Match 6) Matt Pryor 1-3 Chris Markham
With the Magic on the comeback trail going into the final match of the night two players in Matt Pryor representing the Sausages and Chris "Marksman" Markham played out the decider, Markham was first to make a statement as he broke throw in the first leg to take the lead, he then continued to punish Pryor as he went two up, Pryor managed to pull a leg back to give himself hope but it was Markham who was the one celebrating the victory taking the game 3-1 with a 20 darter and rescued a 3-3 draw for the Magic in a quality battle between the two sides.

Third top versus third bottom at Frecheville as the Vulcans on a 7 match unbeaten run face Woodbourne Wolves who have just one victory to their name so far this season.
(Match 1) Matt Grey 3-1 John Edwards
The night started with the Wolves captain John Edwards taking on the hosts Matt Grey. Grey broke throw in the first leg which set the tone for the rest of the night. Grey doubled his lead with a 20 darter which put Edwards on the back foot, the Wolves captain managed to pull a leg back but Grey sealed a 3-1 win to get the Vulcans off and running.
(Match 2) Anthony Warne 3-0 Pat Finney
In the second game Anthony Warne took on Pat Finney who was looking to equalise for his side but things didn't get off to the best of starts for Finney as Warne broke throw to open his account and went from strength to strength from then on as he doubled his lead to earn some breathing space then he finished off Finney in the third leg hitting a maximum and finishing in 17 darts to secure a 3-0 victory and double the Vulcans lead.
(Match 3) Daz Layden 3-0 Jon Smethurst
With the Vulcans two up, Jon Smethurst and Daz Layden took to the oche. Smethurst kicked us off in the first leg but Layden quickly seized the advantage taking the lead against the throw in 19 darts, Layden then turned up the heat in the following legs which saw him smash home a 17 as well as a 15 dart leg to wrap up a 3-0 victory over Smethurst and finishing with an average just a shade under 90 to put the Vulcans in full control.
(Match 4) Jim Smith 3-1 Simon Sawford
Match four kicked off with the Vulcans Jim Smith sensing victory as he played Simon Sawford but it was Sawford who started the better player as he took the first leg against throw in 18 darts to put Smith on his toes to which he responded in the best way possible equalising in the next leg which brought the game level, Smith then pursued that treble 19 hitting a 171 followed by back to back 21 dart legs to seal a 3-1 victory and also gave Vulcans the win overall.
(Match 5) Dave Ward 3-1 Tom Sawford
Wolves brought out the young gun in the fifth match as Tom "Shooter" Sawford faced Dave Ward with the game already won for the Vulcans, Ward was hoping to turn the screw on the Wolves team which he did early doors by breaking the Shooters' throw by hitting a 21 dart leg to go one up. Sawford responding by taking out a 18 darter to equalise and gain the throw back which he quickly lost again as Ward controlled the third leg taking it in 19 darts to edge in front again but this time he didn't let it slip as he blasted in a 21 dart leg to secure victory over the young gun and put the Vulcans five up with one to play.
(Match 6) Phil Lambert 0-3 Antonio Cruz
In the final match of a good night of darts for the Vulcans, Phil Lambert faced Wolves Antonio Cruz. Cruz started well breaking throw in the first leg to take the lead. Lambert tried to get into the game but Cruz shut him down as he doubled the advantage. Sensing victory Cruz kept up the pressure finally hitting the winning double to secure the win but the night belonged to the Vulcans in a 5-1 triumph to increase their unbeaten run to eight matches.

Back at the Woodbourne a Woody derby took place between bottom versus top as the Warriors and the Black Eagles collide. Jason Burkhill's men currently top of the league took on the Warriors captained by The enforcer Barry Brittle
(Match 1) Jodie Bruce 0-3 Micky Stocks
The night started with Warriors Jodie Bruce taking on Micky Stocks, Stocks had the darts to start and took full advantage of it as he kicked off with an 18 dart leg to take the lead, into the next leg Stocks picked up where he left off doubling his lead with a 17 darter, Bruce couldn't cope with Stocks high scoring after he hit two maximums in the match he took a comfortable victory finishing in another 17 darts to put the leaders ahead.
(Match 2) Sandra Webster 0-3 Charlie Stocks
The 11 year old Charlie Stocks was up next for the Black Eagles as he faced Sandra Webster, Charlie opened his account for the evening breaking throw to take the lead, then the youngster continued in that vain all the way through the match throwing solid darts as he raced to victory without dropping a leg to double the Black Eagles lead.
(Match 3) Ian Webster 0-3 Owen Cubitt
Onto another youngster now in Owen Cubitt taking on Ian Webster. Cubitt kicked off with an 18 dart leg on throw to go in front, he wasn't finished as he broke Webster at the first chance of asking in 20 darts to go two up and the reliable Cubitt took out the winning double to take victory and put his team three up.
Match 4) Nicola Warne 0-3 Trevor Burkhill
It was down to Nicola Warne to give any hope for the Warriors as she faced PDC player "Turbo" Trevor Burkhill. "Turbo" raced in front breaking the throw to grab control early on in the game, Trev then followed up with a 19 darter to put some space between him and his opponent, in the third leg the game was over as Burkhill smashed in another 19 darter to take a 3-0 victory and secure the win for the Black Eagles.
(Match 5) Steve Newton 0-3 Pete Daffin
Pete "Debt collector" Daffin was next up for the Black Eagles with the darts as he took on Steve Newton. Daffin ease into the game well taking the lead, then he found another level to break the Newton throw to go two up. Daffin then cruised to victory with a 16 dart leg to give the leaders a 5-0 lead going into the last game.
(Match 6) Paul Brittle 0-3 Steve Briggs
In the last match of the night saw Warriors Paul Brittle hoping to grab anything from this tie taking on Steve Briggs. Briggs did well in the first leg to break the Brittle throw which then set the tone for the rest of the match as he quickly took a 2-0 lead to set himself up for the third leg which Briggs finished off in a star studded performance for the leaders with a 20 dart leg which secured the whitewash which kept the Black Eagles top of the pile with a four point gap separating them from second placed All Stars.

In the final match of the week at the Wilton, the Wizards who have drawn their last two take on the Railwaymen who's run of four straight victories propelled them up to fourth before tonight's action.
(Match 1) Martin Pell 0-3 Jordan Payne
We start the night off with the Wizards Martin Pell versus Jordan Payne, With Payne having the darts he took full advantage and strolled in front, In the next leg Payne managed to tighten his grip on proceedings as he hit a 180 and double the lead to throw for the match which he did with the confidence flowing Payne took the victory which put the Railwaymen in front.
(Match 2) Lee Slack 3-1 Tom Gurran
Railwaymen's young gun Tom Gurran was next up as he faced Lee Slack who was looking to bring his team level, Slack started the brighter of the two as he took the lead on throw. Slack followed up that win by breaking Gurran straightaway to go two up and after Gurran made a fist of things with a 20 dart leg to pull a leg back Slack kept his composure to win the game in the fourth leg to equalise for the Wizards.
(Match 3) Mandy Slack 0-3 Mark Gurran
Onto the third game with the scores level Mandy Slack and Mark Gurran was next on the oche. Gurran took the lead with throw and was never really punished by Mandy as he broke the throw in the second taking out a 117 finish and won the match convincingly in the third leg to put the Railwaymen 2-1 up.
(Match 4) Michael Slack 0-3 Martin Scott
Young Michael Slack was fourth on for the Wizards against Martin Scott. On the Slack throw in the opening leg Scott took the lead with a 17 darter, Scott then strollled with the darts in the second as he took out a ton finish which put him two up and give him clear air between him and his opponent. Slack had darts in the third leg but it wasn't enough as Scott took out the match winning double to put his team 3-1 up with two to play.
(Match 5) Claire Thom 0-3 Pete Bramley
"Mr Perfect" Pete Bramley was next up looking to win it for the Railwaymen as he played Claire Thom, Bramley looked deadly on the finishes as he took the first leg in 17 darts, Pete folllowed that form into the next leg where he broke the Thom throw hitting a 21 darter to set himself up in the third leg in which he controlled from start to finish to take a 3-0 win which won the match for the Railwaymen with one to play.
(Match 6) Simon Simmons 1-3 Gav Pilling
The final match of the evening took place between Simon Simmons who were looking for a more respectable score for the Wizards taking on Gav Pilling for the Railwaymen, Simmons started well holding throw in the first leg to go one up, Pilling replied in kind in the second leg to go level, the third leg saw the first break of throw which Pilling took the advantage and made it count as Pilling held throw in the fourth leg to finish the night off with a 3-1 victory and give the Railwaymen a 5-1 win overall to make it 5 wins on the bounce for the team which kept them level with third placed Vulcans.
