callum loose,Taylor Greaves,Ben dulley and josh Thompson all making it through to the projectdarts darts youth championship finals in November,All four youth stars went through a tough tournament to try and earn a full projectdarts sponsor,Ben Dulley played excellent all day taking out some very good youth players including Yorkshire classic champion Cameron Hinchcliffe and Yorkshire ace Tom Gurran.Taylor Greaves looked impressive again when not dropping a leg before edging out Paul Barkham from the midlands.Josh Thompson played well before just getting passed Adam Howard from kent in the last game 4-3 but Callum Loose looked to be the star of the show as he didn^t drop a leg all day winning all 5 games 4-0.

What a turnout of stars for the South Yorkshire cup Terry Temple,Carl Wilkinson,Trevor Burkhill,Matt Padgett all from the PDC ranks took to the stage but it was tour card holder Darren Johnson who was to take the spoils as he beat Steve Rumble,Tom Briggs,Carl Wilkinson before getting passed the dark knight Dave Copley in the semis and beating nitro Mark Lawrence in the final 4-2 after Mark had seen off Tony Darlow and a blistering 4-3 encounter with Turbo Trev.Darren Continues his tremendous form and seems to be getting stronger and stronger.

Julie White picked up her 3rd SDM in a fantastic display that had seen her win the last two now and her 3rd in total,She would over come Yorkshire starlet Marie Groves a former winner herself before beating Debra Mccabrey and Sara Mortimer and would take on Paula Burgess who has burst onto the scene recently and she would go passed Kerrie Crompton and beat a very good Wendy Anderson before been over come by Julie White who has become a real threat to the ladies circuit recently too and continues to impress at a local level.

The mens went the way of Darren Johnson who coming through a good field would battle back from 3-1 down in legs to beat young Callum Loose 4-3 with two massive checkouts to win the game.Carl Moorhouse would see him there after beating kiearan evans on his way before edging out Taylor Greaves 4-3 in the semi finals.Darren would win the final 4-1 to win number 5 on the SDM darts circuit.

Former World Champion John Walton turned out for the cosmo world series where the winner would land a sponsor and a place at qschool where john came so close last year but would fall at the last hurdle,on his way to the final he beat Daz Weaver who would come close to landing a 9dart finish and a nice semi final victory over champions cup winner Paul Moore,he would meet Nick White there in the final who had seen off two PDC stars before sticking fellow super league team mate Mick Ryall and edging him 4-3,The Final proved one step too far John Boy as he went down 4-1 to nick who took advantage of a miss hap by john but went on to win comfy.
