Red Dragon Backs Wales' First Ever Disability International Darts Team

Red Dragon Darts agreed a first-ever sponsorship by backing the Wales national disability darts team, helping them to travel to the inaugural World Cup being held in Belgium from 22nd February. The support was greatly received by Team Manager Sarah Smale who said “Disability darts has grown so much in such a short space of time, however we are painfully aware of how hard it is continue this growth and so for us to be involved in sending teams to a Disability World Cup is beyond our wildest dreams even a year ago. "We are so grateful to the likes of Red Dragon for helping us bring competitive darts to the disability community.” Simon Hall, Head of Marketing at Red Dragon, said “Having seen several years of disability darts at the Winmau World Masters, and just how much it means to all involved to play the game they love at the highest level, it’s a privilege to support the Welsh Disability darts team with their first ever trip to the World Cup where we will be backing them with all our support.” Disability darts has grown rapidly over the last three years owing to the sheer hard-work of so many committed volunteers who urge anyone interested, no matter what their disability, to contact the WDDA and get involved. You can follow results from the WDDA World Cup as it unfolds on the 22nd-24th February Live via WinmauTV
