Robert Owen joins Team Red Dragon
Robert Owen joins Team Red Dragon after a superb season on the Winmau Challenge Tour, finishing second in the Order of Merit and in so doing, secured his full PDC Pro-Tour playing rights for the next 2 years.
The hard working Welshman has made a habit of staying around and making a name for himself as tough player to beat, who plays with little fear.
The darts journeyman Owen has played in many different events where he's always backed his belief to belong at the top level of the game and Rob said about joining Red Dragon, "Naturally I've known Red Dragon for years and seen the brand go from strength to strength with some superb players at the brand, so I'm looking to carry this forward and to deliver the game I know that’s in my locker".
Simon Hall Director of Marketing added, "If Rob brings his A-Game out on stage then look out as he’s super talented and really cool, seems like nothing bothers him including reputations or losing and we'll be helping him all the way".
Robert can be seen in the PDC world Championships where he takes on Andrew Gilding in the First Round.
