What are your delivery timescales?

DISPATCH & DELIVERY:

UK deliveries: We aim to dispatch all orders* within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

*Personalised & repointing: Estimated dispatch 7-21 working days.

DPD deliveries:Estimated delivery within 2 working days from dispatch.   Please note that DPD may deliver multiple consignments separately.

Royal Mail:Estimated delivery – up to 10 working days from dispatch

Overseas: This can take up to 20 working days depending on the courier.
