Red Dragon brought back this exciting, News of the World format in 2014 and
it has continued to be one of the stand-out events in the darts calendar.

With a prize pool of £32,500 including £10,000 to the winner, along with the
pride of being the Champion of Champions, the tournament helped to launch the
spectacular careers of Gerwyn Price and Jonny Clayton. With its unrivalled
“Open” and unique “Best of 3 legs” format, it allows newcomers, such as 2023
winner, Kurt Parry, a chance to prove themselves against the very best.
