MOSTON BOOKS PLACE IN THE LAST 16

The completion of the 2nd tour offering by the JDC resulted in a compelling final which saw Jim Moston edge out England international Tyler Radlett 5-4.

Moston from Stoke on Trent competing in his first JDC event, went through to the final dropping only 1leg. Radlett who looked odds on to book his place in the last 16 stormed in to a 4-1 lead during the final. Moston surged his way back edging out a final leg decider with a 13 dart leg.

He now joins Dan Perry another international regular in the JDC^s "pathway to the palace" at the last 16 stage, where the last 2 standing will play the final match on stage at the Alexandra Palace London , during the William Hill World Darts Championship.

Chairman of the JDC Steve Brown commented " this year I am truly astounded by the standard of junior darts, our tournaments are attracting some real quality at every event. Not just one or two but all of the competitors have fantastic ability".

The JDC^s next Qualifier is Tour 3 at Rileys Worcester on July 9th 2016. If you would like further information on the JDC please visit
