Trinity school Nottingham PTA event

  Lower School – Friday 18th November 2016 The Room 180 Academy arrived at Trinity school on a cold November evening where 7 teams took part in a range of darting activities. The event started with a successful “kahoot” quiz which was comprehensively won by the “Team with no name”– this resulted in the winning captain gaining 2 tickets for the PDC Premier League Darts at Nottingham arena in February 2017.     Next up was the timed challenges for the team competitions. The range of players was from all community groups with some players playing darts for the first time to experienced local league players.         The event winners were:

  The event included refreshments to buy and a free chip cob for all players and concluded with a bullseye challenge. Our winner is: The highly successful event finished off with the mannequin challenge that can be viewed on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9cEx_TgKitE   -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The event was part of Central College’s Room 180 Darts Academy offer that includes site visits and events at the Clifton campus in the purpose built Room 180 PDC affiliated Academy. Room 180 is a Darts Academy that allows people to study Maths, develop life skills, learn about sports psychology and learn the principles of event management while playing the sport of darts. The academy is affiliated with the PDC and sponsored by Winmau. The JDC Academy for players aged 8 – 18 years of age meet on Thursday’s at the Clifton Campus – 4.00 – 6.00 p.m. – to book a place please phone Gary or Abbi on the below number.
