I like these points for flight ripper type front ends (on, darts with a flat part at the front of the barrel mainly) I suspect they also help a little with deflections and the small tapered area caused by the cone, is an area where i tend to place my front finger and have some fitted to my match darts, as well as a few other sets, i own and use regularly.
They are also more durable than the plastic trident 180 s which i tried out, before, switching to these.

Been using these points for a couple of years now, I really like them but would be nice if you could get them longer than 32mm.
